This site is owned and maintained by DIGIFIV Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and all its subsidiaries. Throughout the site, the terms “DIGIFIV”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DIGIFIV Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Connect+, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. DIGIFIV Solutions Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of or access to the website following any changes or updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Purpose and Sustainability Initiative
Connect+ is designed to modernise professional networking by reducing reliance on physical business cards, thereby supporting paperless and environmentally responsible business practices.
This initiative is supported by ICT Zone Asia Berhad as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and green sustainability initiatives. For avoidance of doubt, ICT Zone Asia Berhad does not operate, manage, or control the Service.
Description of the Service
Connect+ is a digital business card and contact management platform that enables users to create, manage, and share professional contact information digitally. Features, functionality, and availability may vary by plan and may be modified from time to time.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Freemium and Paid Plans
Freemium plans are subject to usage limits and feature restrictions and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Paid plans may be subject to subscription fees and separate commercial agreements. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not misuse, disrupt, interfere with, or attempt unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain ownership of all personal and organisational data uploaded or created using Connect+. DIGIFIV processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia and the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Connect+ platform, including its software, design, and branding, are owned by DIGIFIV or its licensors. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DIGIFIV does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance or security purposes.
Termination
DIGIFIV may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGIFIV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. DIGIFIV’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding twelve (12) months.
No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and DIGIFIV. ICT Zone Asia Berhad is not a party to these Terms and bears no responsibility for the operation of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to This Terms of Use
DIGIFIV reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Any such changes will be effective upon posting on the Connect+ website or application. Continued access to or use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
